Star of the Week Named in KORPA Monday, July 19th, 2066 It was an exceptional week for Veto Azevedo of the Yonmu Stampeders. First he beat the devil out of the ball, hitting .480 and as you would expect, he was voted the Player of the Week in the KOR Primary Affiliation. Last week Azevedo went 12-for-25, notched 2 home runs and 8 RBIs and scored 7 runs. All in all, a very good week for him. This year Azevedo is hitting .277 with 8 home runs and 37 RBIs to his credit. He has gotten on base at a .389 clip and scored 25 runs. |
