Calivillo Selected Top Performer in JPNTA Monday, June 4th , 2068 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the JPN Tertiary Affiliation, but last week Gabriel Calivillo of the Hongsong Checkers reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Calivillo rocked opposing pitching for a .440 average (11-for-25), 3 home runs and 11 RBIs to come away with the award. Hitting .356 to date, Calivillo has 3 home runs and 13 RBIs.
