Mesa Ready to Get Back on the Field Sunday, December 12th, 2066 George Mesa made the hard decision just weeks ago to have elective eye surgery. For years, he had struggled with his vision along with his batting average. Now the 29 year old has gone through successful surgery and hopes to have a new beginning at the plate. Said Mesa, "It was definitely a scary thing but I feel like I am already seeing the ball a ton better in rehab. I can't wait to get 100% and see what I can do." |
