Loros Get One-Run Win at Changsha
Lagunillas Loros starter Montrelle Ottini turned in a top-notch performance against the Changsha Dragon Riders at Dragon Riders Ballpark. The result was a win for the Loros, 3-2. Ottini, the winner, moves to 7-0. He threw 8 innings of 4-hit ball, while fanning 9 and giving up 1 walk. Rien Oost finished to wrap up his 15th save.

It could have been a different outcome for Lagunillas, had it not been for Filiberto Avecilla, the 2066 CUB Rookie of the Year Award winner . Avecilla contributed a run-scoring walk in the top of the fourth inning to put Lagunillas up, 2-0.

"We were in it," said Changsha manager . "We just didn't score enough runs."

The win elevated the Loros to 27-13.
