League Punishes Pair for Fighting Friday, June 28th , 2069 Tai hoi Fan of the Airdrie Roosters and Josué Cedeño of the Pueblo Viejo Mudsharks will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 3 and 7 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Roosters-Mudsharks game at Roosters Ballpark. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Fan and Cedeño will begin serving them soon. On the season, Fan is batting .279 with no home runs and 4 RBIs. He has played in 26 games. For the season Cedeño has compiled a 1-5 record with a 8.38 ERA. |
