Latitude Division Selects Top Rookie Saturday, October 12th , 2069 The 2069 Latitude Division CUB Rookie of the Year Award has gone to Seung-kab Pak of the Puerto Plata Pumas. In his debut season he hit .241, drove in 39 runs and scored 36 times, while playing in 105 games. The 24-year-old newcomer also had 13 doubles, 1 triple and 20 home runs. He received 8 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Dave Maher of the Santiago de los Caballeros finished second in voting, while Gang Nie of the Quebec Dragons finished third.
