Super Swinger -- Lemache Slams 5 Hits Monday, June 10th , 2069 Florinio Lemache knows as well as anyone that in baseball, the biggest contracts go to the biggest hitters. At Tornado Ballpark today, he made his case to be considered among that group. The 30-year-old right fielder hammered 5 hits in 7 chances, though the remarkable effort came even as his Punta Cardon Bluebirds fell, 7-4, to the Cuautla Tornado. "We made some bad pitches and he took advantage of it," Tornado manager told BNN sportswriters after the game. "Thankfully, we were able to do enough elsewhere that Lemache wasn't the difference." Florinio Lemache grounded out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, walked in the 4th, walked in the 5th, singled in the 7th, singled in the 9th, walked in the 11th, singled in the 13th, flied out in the 16th and singled in the 18th.
