VENSA's #1 Player, Jarrín of Soledad Monday, July 12th, 2066 It was announced today that Soledad first baseman Patrido Jarrín was selected the VEN Secondary Affiliation Player of the Week Award for his superb play last week. During the week he compiled a .379 batting average (11-for-29) with 1 home run, 4 RBI and scored 3 runs. For the season Jarrín has produced 39 hits in 132 at-bats for a .295 average with 4 home runs and gotten on base at a .400 clip. |
