Hernández Wins VENSA's Best Bat Trophy Wednesday, July 1st, 2065 Fernando Hernández may be much younger than other hitters in the VEN Secondary Affiliation, but he performed like a seasoned veteran in June to win the Batter of the Month award. The 21-year-old San Antonio del Tachira right fielder hit .380 with 11 home runs, 44 RBIs and 27 runs scored. This year Hernández is hitting .357 with 16 home runs. |
