El Puerto's Crespi Suspended Sunday, July 7th , 2069 El Puerto first baseman grossly misbehaved in yesterday's Anchoas-Wrens game at Checkers Ballpark. He earned it by aggressively challenging a called strikeout with the home plate umpire. As a result of his inappropriate conduct on the field, the league commissioner has given Crespi a 3-game suspension. Crespi is swinging at a .245 pace on the year with no home runs, 3 RBIs and 6 runs scored. He has played in 16 games. |
