Matsusuke Takaki Drills 3 HR in One Game Wednesday, July 24th , 2069 In a powerful performance that left the fans at Field of the Racers buzzing, Loiza Racers center fielder Matsusuke Takaki blasted a trio of home runs en route to a 10-1 win over the Hatillo Lookouts. "Everything was clicking," Takaki told the press. "My timing was good and I got pitches I could handle and I didn't miss them." Takaki shined brilliantly in the win, with 3 hits in 4 at-bats, 6 RBIs and 3 runs scored. "It's not just one guy, it's everybody," Racers manager said. "Matsusuke played great but it takes more than one guy to win a game." Matsusuke Takaki struck out in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Tony González in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Ryosei Yoshida in the 6th and hit a three-run home run off Travis McFarlen in the 7th. Takaki is hitting .236 this year with 19 home runs and 45 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .306, 21 walks and scored 42 times. |
