Leones Perris Named LAD's Best Pitcher Wednesday, August 1st , 2068 Tough in the clutch -- that's a bullpen specialist. And one of the best in the league is Toni Perris of the Habana Leones. Perris was outstanding in July and was named the Pitcher of the Month in the Latitude Division. Habana's star reliever held the opposition to a .183 average and put up 6 saves and 22 strikeouts in 17 innings with a 1-0 mark and a 1.59 ERA.
