Season Ends for Kishore Ligget of Santurce Thursday, July 15th, 2066 Kishore Ligget will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Santurce reliever could miss the remainder of the year. Ligget was injured while throwing a pitch in the de Cangrejeros-Dragons clash at Santurce Stadium recently. Doctors said he has a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and would be out a minimum of 13-14 months. So far this season, Ligget has compiled a 0-0 won-lost mark with no saves and a 2.63 ERA. In 13.2 innings he has fanned 15 and opponents are hitting him at a .204 clip. |
