Martínez Visits Children at Cancer Treatment Center Wednesday, October 23rd , 2069 de Cangrejeros reliever Jesús Martínez took time out from his busy schedule today to visit a local children's cancer treatment center. Martínez signed autographs and took pictures with many of the young patients. He even gave several of them caps, jerseys, and gloves. "Just seeing the smiles on these kids' faces, knowing what they've gone through, it just warms your heart", said a beaming Martínez. When asked who his favorite player was, one little boy smiled broadly and exclaimed, "Jesús Martínez!" |
