LAD Announces #1 Player Award Thursday, October 10th , 2069 It's been a year of triumph for veteran José Peña of the Habana Leones as he hit his way to the 2069 Latitude Division KOR Hitter of the Year Award. The 30-year-old veteran compiled a .319 average and .408 on-base percentage by putting together 132 hits, 24 doubles, 6 triples, 31 home runs and 64 walks. He also scored 74 times and drove in 91 runs. He received 8 first place votes, as a unanimous winner.
