LAD Names Rookie of the Month Sunday, September 1st , 2069 George Rodríguez's eyes seem to light up whenever he sees the baseball. The young Santurce left fielder has been hitting everything in sight for the better part of a month. In August he was voted the Rookie of the Month. During the month he hit .242 with 1 double, 1 triple and 5 home runs. Rodríguez also scored 13 times and drove in 16 runs. This season Rodríguez has hit at a .238 clip with 53 RBIs, 19 home runs and 59 runs scored. He has played in 102 games. |
