Bruno Grabs CUBTA Reliever of the Year Award Wednesday, September 4th , 2069 He may only be 24, but Fernando Bruno of the Yuanlong Scarlets has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the CUB Tertiary Affiliation. The reliever was today named the CUBTA Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2069. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 8 saves in 35 relief appearances and 80 strikeouts in 51.1 innings. He had a record of 7-1 to go with his 0.88 ERA. He received 8 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Alvin Casolia of the Canoa Engines finished second in voting, while Jim Mailman of the San Diego de los Banyos Wheelers finished third.
