Hanyang's Ton Sidelined for Season Monday, June 27th, 2067 The doctors have spoken and Cheong-sang Ton of the Hanyang Union didn't like what he heard. The 21-year-old starting pitcher is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Ton sustained his season-ending injury during the Galvan Antelopes game yesterday at Antelopes Ballpark. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Hanyang medical staff reported Ton had a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and would be absent from the lineup for at least 6 months. |
