Year Over for Mountain Ducks Bomar Monday, August 6th , 2068 The season is ending on a bad note for Bill Bomar, starting pitcher for the Soledad Mountain Ducks. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Bomar was hurt against the Georgetown War while throwing a pitch. He suffered a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament and will be out for at least 9 months. His record for the year is 7-5 in 17 starts and Bomar has a 3.82 ERA. |
