JPNSA Selects Hwang August's #1 Pitcher Sunday, September 1st , 2069 In August Parksville starter Chang-weon Hwang mystified JPN Secondary Affiliation hitters and carried off the Pitcher of the Month honors by chalking up a 4-0 record in 5 starts. The 28-year-old Hwang added 41 strikeouts in 35.2 innings and 10 walks to his season record and compiled a 1.77 ERA. Opposing batters hit .134 against him.
