Parksville's Chide Top USASA Batter in May Friday, June 1st , 2068 Pedro Chide is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Parksville first baseman joined that select company when the USA Secondary Affiliation announced the results of May's voting. Chide totaled 26 hits, 14 walks, 6 home runs, 17 RBIs and 12 runs scored last month to put together a .306 batting average and .412 on-base percentage. |
