Edinson Salazar Chosen USASA's Premier Player Sunday, September 8th , 2069 The manager of the Palm Bay Sunrays said he thinks Edinson Salazar is only going to get better as he gets older. He may only be 23, but it will be hard to top the first baseman's 2069 campaign, as he has been named the winner of the USA Secondary Affiliation USA (AA) Hitter of the Year Award. His winning campaign featured a .266 batting average and a .356 on-base percentage this year. In 102 games he piled up 101 hits, 23 doubles, 8 triples, 23 home runs, 46 RBIs and 59 runs scored.
