Rodríguez Red-Hot, LAD Player of the Week Monday, May 24th, 2066 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Latitude Division, but last week Ángel Rodríguez of the Thunder Bay Avengers reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Rodríguez rocked opposing pitching for a .533 average (16-for-30), 2 home runs and 9 RBIs to come away with the award. On the year Rodríguez has hit .455 with 5 home runs, 15 RBIs and scored 24 runs. |
