Monighetti Takes USAPA Top Starter Trophy Friday, June 1st , 2068 In May Pimentel starter Folco Monighetti mystified USA Primary Affiliation hitters and carried off the Pitcher of the Month honors by chalking up a 5-1 record in 6 starts. The 30-year-old Monighetti added 22 strikeouts in 37 innings and 14 walks to his season record and compiled a 2.92 ERA. Opposing batters hit .230 against him. |
