More Injury Problems for Azua's Mitsunari Iwamoto Thursday, August 9th , 2068 The Azua Tortugas announced today that Mitsunari Iwamoto will miss an additional one week after the right fielder suffered a setback in his rehabilitation from a strained hip flexor. While the setback is believed to be minor, the Tortugas want Iwamoto to take his time and fully recover before coming back. This year Iwamoto is hitting .193 with 3 home runs and 14 RBIs to his credit. He has gotten on base at a .310 clip and scored 15 runs. |
