10 Straight Wins for Kylin
The Xi'an Kylin topped the Chihuahua Chihuahuas, 7-6, in Longitude Division action at Kylins Stadium. The game was highlighted by the performance of Xi'an pitcher Tom Brougham. Allan Benedict earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The left-hander allowed 1 run on 1 hit in 2 innings. His record is now 4-7. The last-place Kylin have won 10 in a row.

Kelvim Manjarres was the walk-off hero for Xi'an. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Kylin third baseman hit a dramatic solo home run to send the teams home.
