The Gomez Palacio Cloudbursts starter was in top form and made it a long day for Suihua with a 2-0 shutout. He surrendered a total of 7 hits and piled up 5 strikeouts to pick up the win in a rout. "No offense to the Golden Eagles but that was a cakewalk today," Hidalgo said to BNN reporters following the win. So far this year Hidalgo has compiled a 2-9 record with a 5.33 ERA.
