Saikawa Batters Chongok Big Time Saturday, May 18th , 2069 Fans at Sawfish Ballpark got to see not only a home-team victory today, but also one of the most impressive feats of hitting of the season. The Cocorit Sawfish outplayed the Chongok Bullets en route to a 8-7 win, but the standout was shortstop Yoichi Saikawa. Saikawa netted 5 hits in 7 at-bats and finished with a dynamite game line. "Hey, we tried everything we could think of to get him out," Bullets manager said in postgame comments. "We threw everything but the kitchen sink against him and he hit it. Maybe we should've thrown the sink, too." Yoichi Saikawa flied out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, grounded out in the 8th, singled in the 10th and singled in the 12th.
