JPNSA Awards Best Batter Prize to Harrison Monday, August 5th , 2069 So far in his young career, Jason Harrison has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the JPN Secondary Affiliation in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 23-year-old Lagunas de Nisibon Rampagers center fielder hit at a torrid .417 clip as he collected 10 hits in 24 at-bats, 1 home run, 5 RBIs and 8 runs scored. In his stats this season, Harrison has posted a batting average of .276 with 79 hits in 286 at-bats, 7 home runs and 39 RBIs. He has also scored 49 runs, walked 53 times and compiled a .392 OBP. |
