Sea Wolves Win, 4-2, at Seoul
|
The Erie Sea Wolves picked up a win at Ballpark of Seoul, knocking off the Seoul Warlords, 4-2. Starting pitcher Tadeo Dolón played a key role in the triumph. Dolón, now 8-3, was the winner. In 7.2 innings, he gave up 6 hits, while striking out 7, walking 1, and allowing 2 runs. Pancho Astudillio got the save, his 2nd in 2 chances.
Du-sung Kang, who is tied for 7th in the LOD with a .275 batting average, aided the Erie cause with a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the fourth. For the game, the center fielder drew 1 walk in 4 plate appearances.
"This team is on a mission," said Kang, who is one of the clubhouse leaders. "I like our focus."
The first-place Sea Wolves have won 4 in a row.
