Burning Dragons Come Up Short at Philadelphia, 5-4
The Philadelphia Stars reigned over the Busan Burning Dragons in damp conditions.

The Philadelphia Stars beat the Busan Burning Dragons by a score of 5-4. Philadelphia right fielder Myung-bak Ong deserved the lion's share of the credit. Ong was 2-4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for the Stars. Philadelphia pitcher Xie-li Wu got the win, upping his record to 5-8. Felipe Brandariz got the loss. Birru Wairimu converted his 19th save in 23 tries.

Ong had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the sixth. On a 0-2 fastball from Felipe Brandariz, he banged a 2-run home run to right, giving the Stars a 5-3 lead. It was the 2nd home run of the year for Ong.

"I try to not think too much," said Ong.

The Longitude Division-leading Stars have a record of 62-37.
