After 4 long seasons to rebuilt (at a .345 clip), the Quebec Dragons are ready to take it to another level.
The team traded last year for SP Arturo Aguilar (top 10 pitcher in CAN), signed SP Adelardo Reynoso (#3 pitcher in DOM) and SP Seong-chin Han (#8 pitcher in USA). It could be the top rotation in the whole League.
Also, the team has added offense at a couple of positions to help our best hitter 1B Zhou.
The objective this season is to get promoted, nothing less!

Excellent…it’ll be good to see your rebuild start to bear some fruit.

after 42 games, the Dragons have went 28-14 (.667 clip) and have 9 games up in the division. The team has scored the most runs in Canada and allowed the fewest.
Quebec still needs upgrades at SS, 2B, and relievers…

The Dragons are going great but now just lost 2 top SP (LaFrance and Aguilar) for the whole season. Let’s hope that 11 game lead stands…

The Dragons have won their division and are moving up to South Korea. It’s great success for our organization but at the same time, there’s a lot of moving up to do before we get where we want to be.
It’s a good start since most of our young studs haven’t played much yet at the pro level.
Let’s hope we’re leaving Canada forever !

Congrats on clinching!

Quebec has joined the South Korea division. South Korea is the land of the dragons with the Burning Dragons (Busan), the Golden Dragons (Hong Kong) and I guess the boring Dragons (Québec).
Our new division is going to be challenge if we want to stay or move up.

The season in the South Korea division didn’t start as well as we hoped. Lots of injuries to our hitters. At the trade deadline, the Dragons were 9 games back, in 2nd place…
After this perfect week, Quebec is now only 5 games back. Could the division title be still in play ? We’ll try to launch our team forward with 30 games left!

3 games back with 3 weeks to go…
GO “FRENCH SPEAKING” DRAGONS !
October 3, 2016 at 6:34 pm #52718
The MAGIC Dragons ?
With 6 games left, Quebec was 4 games out of 1st place. But a 5-1 week combined with a 1-5 week for Incheon (Quebec swept them), has both teams in a tie breaker game for all the marbles!!!
Does Quebec have some magic left?
Let’s hope so!
GO DRAGONS !

Well it didn’t start to well with Incheon leading 2-0 in the 9th but Quebec tied the game in the top of the inning and scored 3 runs in the 10th to win the game, the division and the promotion to Cuba!
Crazy end of a crazy season.
For the Championship of South Korea, Quebec will face AGAIN Barquisimeto. Both teams were promoted last season from Canada. Quebec hopes for the same results 🙂

Quebec lost the rematch against Barquisimeto.
Hopefully, we’re going to have a lot of sun in Cuba next year!
And maybe win the rubber match against Barquisimeto 🙂

It’s been fun battling our way together out of the basement. Looking forward to the rematch again too!

Spring training is on the way and the Dragons are trying to get their team ready to at least STAY in CUBA. It’s going to be a tough battle against Azua, Roswell and Santurce.
Go Dragons !

With 2 weeks left, the Dragons are 1 game back of 1st place. The dream is still alive!
The team is playing great for the past 2 months so let’s hope it stays HOT in September

The 1st season in Cuba went well, except at the end when we finished in 2nd place with 72 wins (.600). Azua won the division but lost the final.
Our division welcomed the Erie SeaWolves for the 2047 season.
Azua lost a couple of players to injury so the race for the top was between Quebec and Erie until the last series (head to head) of the season. Quebec wins the divison with 75 wins (.625)!
The team is going against Busan for the chance to go to the STATES!
Go DRAGONS (not the Burning ones) Go!
