Anatomy of a Season

A year of in-game play in the WBH starts on February 6 in non-leap years and February 7 in leap years. This is the first time that league financials will be rolled over to the new year, and free agents will be available.

This list below details all 35 sims that make up one year of in-game time. By starting various parts of the season at the same in-game date every year, our sequence of sims is exactly the same, year to year. In the list below, we identify what the actions the GM is able to perform in that sim, and what procedure should be followed by the simmer.

Pre-Season

Free Agency #1

This is the first time that GMs will see free agents in-game, and have the ability to make offers. Trading is once again open. The simmer follows free agency procedure. This sim begins February 6 in non-leap years, and February 7 in leap years. Dates for sims below reflect this difference as well.
