2043 Hall of Fame Ballot

Welcome to the 2043 Hall of Fame ballot!  There are a ton of pitchers on this year’s ballot.  Pitchers have traditionally been overlooked in favor of hitters for Hall of Fame honors.  Will this be the year that they get some respect?

If you’re new to the league or forget how it works, check out the full Hall of Fame rules. You can also see past enshrinees on the WBH Hall of Fame.

A few key reminders:

-All GMs, new and old, are welcome to vote.
-You may vote for ten or fewer players. Voting for more than ten will cause your ballot to be rejected.
-Players must appear on 75% or more of the ballots to be enshrined in the Hall of Fame.
-Players from previous ballots appear with their previous vote totals.
-Players’ stats that qualify them for the Hall of Fame appear in bold.
-Players receiving zero votes will be ineligible for future ballots.
-Players in their tenth year of eligibility are marked with “FINAL YEAR.”
-You’ll want to keep this post available because stats don’t appear on the ballot, only names and teams do.
-The deadline for voting is Thursday March 10th at 7:00pm EST.

Do you feel passionate about a particular candidate? Make the case for them in a comment below. Voting tends to spike for players when somebody posts on their behalf.

Feel free to use this post for discussion and politicking.

Here’s an older link: http://worldbaseballhierarchy.com/forums/topic/the-wbh-hall-of-fame/ This one doesn’t have the last couple classes but it’ll give you a feel for it.

Sorry about the link problems. I’ll get with Marc on fixing it.
